IISE's Mentoring Board, you will receive an email
asking you to validate your account.
Following validaƟon, you can complete your
mentor/mentee profile. In your profile, you will
fill out your field of work and answer other
related quesƟons.
You can then begin searching for a match based
on relevant profiles.
Once you're matched with a mentor or mentee, you'll
receive an email with their contact informaƟon. From
there, you'll be able to set up meeƟngs and begin
your mentor/mentee relaƟonship.
